You can re arrange another attempt of your parcel for a weekday of your choice, please visit the Re-arrange a parcel link at the bottom of the page.

What are your restrictions for parcels?

We have a single item weight restriction of 30kg. We also have a product guide available for customers who'd like to know what sizes can and can't be sent through the network.

Do you offer a delivery time window?

Yes, APC offer a 2 hour time slot for parcels, if you are a customer and wish to be set up please email customerservice@derby-exp.co.uk
