  • How do I track a consignment?
    You can easily track a consignment through the APC Overnight website, please visit the Track a parcel link at the bottom of the page.
  • I've received a calling card, what do I do?"
    You can re arrange another attempt of your parcel for a weekday of your choice, please visit the Re-arrange a parcel link at the bottom of the page.
  • What are your restrictions for parcels?
    We have a single item weight restriction of 30kg. We also have a product guide available for customers who'd like to know what sizes can and can't be sent through the network. Please email customerservice@derby-exp.co.uk for more details.
  • Do you offer a delivery time window?
    Yes, APC offer a 2 hour time slot for parcels, if you are a customer and wish to be set up please email customerservice@derby-exp.co.uk
  • Can I be notified once my parcel has been delivered?
    Yes, to be set up for email alerts please email customerservice@derby-exp.co.uk and we'll get you set up!
  • How can I track a pallet?
    If you are a customer and have access to the TPN Booking platform, you can track everything through there with a full status bar on the progress of your pallet.
  • Can I be notified once my pallet has been delivered?

  • How do I receive a quote for an International shipment?
    If you'd like a quote please email international@derby-exp.co.uk with the destination country and ZIP code, weight, dimensions and preferred transit speed. We offer both Road and Air services within Europe, and Air outside of Europe.
  • Can I track my shipment once it's left me?
    Yes, the morning after dispatch we will email you with the tracking number so you can follow it's progress to the delivery point.
  • How do I book a sameday delivery?
    If you'd like to arrange or get a quote for a sameday delivery, please email sameday@derby-exp.co.uk or call us on 01332 646100 and option. 1 and you'll be put straight through to the sameday team who can help.
  • How do I send mail with Derby Express?
    Contact us at customerservice@derby-exp.co.uk with your mail requirments, we'll get you set up in now time to send mail effortlessly.
  • How does it work?
    Once set up, you will manifest your mail the same way you do your normal APC freight, you attach a 'tray card' to each bundle of large and small letters and produce a label. This gets collected by our driver and processed through the hub and handled by Whistl. For a full overview visit 'Our Services' section where a full flyer can be viewed.
