APN Letter for current service issues within the pallet sector

Third Party Collections:

Cut off time to be moved from 12pm for same day collections. Any collections must be input the day before the collection is due, input cut off time 8pm.

 

This will be applied across the network with effect from Tuesday 4th May 2021.

 

Economy Service & Red Label:

With effect from input on Tuesday 4th May 2021, the economy service will be extended from a 48hr service to a 72hr service across the network. This will be replicated in the red label procedure allowing depots 48hrs to deliver rather than 24hrs.

 

This will remain in place until further notice.
